National Conference and Awards

We’re Back from San Diego, CA!

This year’s National Conference on Gambling Addiction & Responsible Gambling was held in San Diego, CA, July 17-19, 2024. Our team was proud to send four representatives to present at (Tana Russell, ECPG Deputy Director), and attend (Maureen Greeley, Executive Director, Dave Malone, ECPG Board Member, and Rob Maya, Communications Manager).

It was a great opportunity to meet up with old friends, make new ones, and share—among industry, treatment provides, recovery community, and fellow state affiliates—what works and how best to advance our collective missions to raise awareness of problem gambling.

National Awards

I spoke with Susan Sheridan Tucker, Executive Director of Minnesota Alliance on Problem Gambling (MNAPG) and President of NCPG Board of Directors, shortly after the awards lunch and we both remarked at the level of work being represented and celebrated at the National Awards was nothing short of amazing. We were both honored to have been selected as recipients of awards and grateful for the opportunity to be among such good company.

Special Thanks

We would like to thank the ECPG Board, our partners at the Washington State Health Care Authority’s Problem Gambling Program, Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery, and M Agency, and each and every one of our supporters for helping to guide us to create compelling, informed, and award-winning campaigns that reach out into our communities and deliver the message of hope to anyone impacted by problem gambling and gaming.

We couldn’t have done it without all of you. Thank you!
