Training and Certification Packages

The purpose of this full certification program is to provide all the tools necessary to implement an effective Responsible Gaming Program. Upon completion, managers and supervisors will have a more detailed knowledge of problem gambling/Gambling Disorder and employee gambling.

Year One Total $25,000 Get Started
RG STAR Certification and Consultation: $7,500
  • Includes RG STAR Certification Checklist
  • Consultation on creation or updates to RG-related policies such as: Employee gambling, RG staff training, preventing under-age gambling, marketing guidelines, voluntary self-exclusion, website RG content, or more
  • Print materials: Helpline brochures, wallet cards, and stickers
  • Two Certification posters 16×20, framed
New Hire Orientation/All Staff Training (SCORM file 12mo license): $7,500
  • Includes customizations, initial testing and troubleshooting for roll-out
  • Customized Appendix packet download
  • Certificate of Completion template
Frontline Training (SCORM file 12mo license): $10,000
  • Includes customizations, initial testing and troubleshooting for roll-out
  • Customized Appendix packet download
  • Certificate of Completion template

Scheduled individually, based on needs

Live trainings for Managers/Supervisors (virtual or in-person): $4,000/day
  • Up to 3 sessions per day, max 35 participants per session
  • Invoiced upon completion
RG Ambassador training (virtual or in-person): $1,000/session
  • If scheduled individually from Manager/Supervisor
  • Includes Ambassador handbook, tailored discussion on guest conversations, handling crisis, Q&A, record keeping, and data reporting
  • Invoiced upon completion

Train-the-trainer for live Manager/Supervisor trainings

  • Recommended that RG Ambassadors with 2 years’ experience or more, and a passion for your RG policies and procedures, be considered to become trainers for this content

  • Online Frontline Training or New Hire Orientation/All Staff hosted on ECPG’s LMS. The cost is approximately $20 per learner.
  • New Hire Orientation Train-the-trainer – train your selected staff to facilitate an in-person New Hire Orientation/All Staff presentation. The cost is $1,000 per train-the-trainer session. Includes PowerPoint curriculum with training videos and facilitator’s guide.
  • Customized print materials such as, Helpline brochures, wallet cards, and stickers with custom logo or other information. Cost varies by need and quantity.
